Big O Tires

I got tires ordered here and an alignment done. Nice place, nice ladies at the front desk, just seem incredibly busy. They did not have me down for an alignment even though I called about it and once they did the alignment it was not to the specs I had sent them. Good shop, but seemed over run with a lot of stop in people or something and maybe forgot or got to busy. Happy with the tires and Mount and balance, as they refunded my alignment so I can go elsewhere.

Noticed the tires on my trailer were wearing on the inside after hauling my side by side through the mountains. Nervous to drive it back to Oklahoma, I stopped in at this tire shop. The 2 ladies up front were extremely nice and were able to get us in right away. The guy changing out the tires was also nice and helpful. Overall, quick and easy experience.

Sadly, two and out! I've been going there for a few years and haven't had any problems. That changed this month. I sent my S.O. there for a tire rotation. Made an appointment so everything should have been easy. 1.5 hours later and 60 dollars later the tires were rotated, not balanced, nor did they check or correct the air pressure. I did that when I got home. I also made an appoint for myself. Since I bought my tires there, why not take advantage of the free rotations and balancing. When I arrived the person in front of me in line did not have an appointment. He dropped in to have a leaking tire repaired. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Forty minutes later they hadn't even started on my truck. At that point I had to go back to work. I went to go get my keys and I was told they could start on it now. I didn't say anything, but I was thinking, "why not start when I made the appointment and make those that don't have an appointment wait." Two major missteps in a row is a very bad sign.

I was on vacation and experienced an irreparable flat tire. The towing company suggested Big O and I called ahead for an appointment. Even though we had to wait a few hours, I was extremely impressed with the experience. Every person we encountered was beyond nice. They kept me up-to-date and actually got my car fixed quicker than anticipated. The cost was also very reasonable. I didn’t plan on getting new tires 1200 miles from home, but I honestly couldn’t imagine a better outcome. As an added bonus, my friend and I were happily entertained by the resident cat, Mr. Bjorn, who more than likely sensed our distress and sat on our table (purring and providing head-butts) to cheer us up.

I regularly drive from Denver to experience the consistently excellent customer care and services this shop provides its customers. The shop is always timely, clean and without any complaints to speak of on any of my vehicles concerning the quality of the work performed. Excellent technicians. Truly appreciative of this Big O and it’s staff.
